- Introduce New, Demand-Driven Programs: Launch undergraduate and eventually postgraduate courses in emerging fields like MSC, MCOM,MA
- Skill-Integrated Curriculum: Embed certificate courses in digital literacy, communication skills, and financial management into all degree programs.
- Industry-Academia Partnership: MoUs with local industries and corporations for guest lectures, internships, and live projects.
2 . Infrastructure Expansion
- AR/VR ,Digital Classrooms & Smart Campus: Upgrade all classrooms with smart boards and high-speed Wi-Fi across campus.
